Meeting & Event Spaces

With indoor and outdoor classrooms suited to a variety of learning opportunities, the CFC serves as a regional educational site for learners of all ages. Outside groups, agencies, and companies are welcome to rent our meeting rooms for specialized trainings and meetings. We offer meeting rooms, classrooms, a 140-seat auditorium, and a 24-station computer lab as well as lodging options and an on site caterer. Visitors are welcome for any length of time, whether it’s a short business meeting or a multi-day training.

*Please note: Special meeting procedures and restrictions are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Group sizes for indoor meetings at the CFC are limited to 25 people. Our Facilities Coordinator will share additional information with you upon receiving your meeting space request.*

Meeting room specifications

Auditorium - Designed to serve larger meetings, workshops and conferences. The auditorium has tiered seating with 16 fixed tables, 98 fixed chairs, 10 movable tables and 42 movable chairs accommodating up to 140 people. The specialized lighting and acoustics, hard-wired podium microphone or wireless lapel microphone, and an oversized video screen make this an ideal location for professional presentations and trainings.

Stine Conference Room - Enjoy this classroom designed for groups up to 45 people. Furnished with comfortable, ergonomically designed chairs and 6-foot movable tables for easy custom classroom arrangement. Three large windows provide ample natural light to the room which can be easily darkened utilizing opaque window shades.

Classroom - Use the entire 2,250 square feet for groups as large as 80 people or use the built-in dividers to make three separate rooms for smaller group trainings or breakout sessions. This versatile room is furnished with movable tables and classroom style chairs. The tiled floor makes it ideal for hands-on activities or can be substituted as a cafeteria. Large windows allow natural light to enter the room or can be shaded with the blinds. A wall-mounted whiteboard can be used as a screen; a portable screen is also available. Each room section is equipped with a chalkboard.

Meeting Room - Perfect for smaller group meetings or as a breakout room. This room is furnished with 20 comfortable, ergonomically designed conference chairs and several movable tables for maximum flexibility. Small upper windows allow natural light into the room.

Library - Enjoy the picturesque view of tall pines nestled around the windows of this versatile conference room. Furnished with 30 comfortable, ergonomically designed chairs and movable tables provides optimal room layout options.

Computer Lab - Train your entire staff at the same time by utilizing our 24-station computer lab offering high-speed Internet. Each unit is loaded with Office 10 software. A large overhead screen allows your trainees to follow you step-by-step. Contact us for additional software options.

Open-Air Pavilion - Let nature surround you while using our open-air pavilion built from red pine trees grown at the center. This rustic meeting space has a concrete floor and picnic tables, making it ideal for an outdoor classroom activity or to simply enjoy a meal together.

Dining Hall - Enjoy casual dining and a meeting space all in one. The dining hall adjoins our meeting facilities. It is furnished with moveable tables and chairs for maximum flexibility. You have the option to rent the dining hall alone, use it only for your group’s meals, or both. Cost: $55 per day. (No charge if utilizing a meeting room at the Center and using the dining hall and the on-site caterer to serve your meal).

  • Computer projector (standard in Auditorium, Stine Conference room, Library, and Computer Lab. For other rooms, we have projectors on movable carts or groups can bring their own and use ours as a backup)
  • Internet connection (wireless/hard wired)
  • Conference phone (calling card required for long-distance calls)
  • Easels

  • Photocopies (b/w: 15 cents a copy; four-color: 20 cents a copy
