Madison Rodman is SFEC's Program Assistant. Madison has primary responsibility for tracking continuing education credits for Forest Stewardship Plan preparers and coordinating SFEC communications, event logistics, registration, billing, and related tasks. As such, she is the primary point of contact for most SFEC-related inquiries. Madison also contributes to the National Advanced Silviculture Program, a collaboration between the US Forest Service and other federal agencies, the UMN Department of Forest Resources, and SFEC.
Madison has a MS in Botany and Plant Patholgy (plant ecology focus) from Oregon State University and a BS in Plant Biology from the University of Minnesota. Her background also includes experience with curriculum and course design along with scientific communication and outreach.
