Natural Resources Special Reports

Natural Resource Reports are a series of short, practical publications.  They are designed to provide private forest landowners with clear answers to emerging questions regarding Natural Resources issues in Minnesota.

Existing reports:

• Minnesota's Sustainable Forest Incentive Act:  A Landowner's Guide.  By Mike Kilgore, University of Minnesota Department of Forest Resources.  Also see the Frequently Asked Questions page that  accompanies this publication.  A copy of the application is available on the Minnesota Department of Revenue website.  For a copy of the covenant, contact Susan Seabury at (218) 879-0850 ext. 108 or sseabury@umn.edu.  Applications for SFIA may be done each year.  Forms for 2003 applications will not be available until June 2002.
