ServicesWe have decades of experience helping people learn about forest environments and natural resource management. From intensive field sessions for college students to hands-on workshops for natural resource professionals and enviornmental educators, the Cloquet Forestry Center offers a wealth of learning opportunities. Our modern facilities range from a large 140 seat auditorium to several smaller classrooms and a computer lab with high speed internet connections. On-site physical labs allow learners to perform basic tests that enrich their educational experience. Overnight accomodations are available on-site in double occupancy arrangements. Complete food service is provided for any size group by Jim n Jos' Katering, located on-site. Our highly skilled, professional staff can help you establish your project
and make sure it provides the quality data you need. This can help you complete
your project in a timely, efficient manner. Weather, vegetation, stream, watershed, and forest growth information are
all collected on a continuing basis, providing a rich supply of data to supplement
your research. This information is included in a database that is compatible
with most GIS systems. |
